Our main facility -- the 180,000 square foot sheet plant is a maze of 5000 square foot rooms with plenty of space for warehousing. About 20% of the plant’s total square footage shipped is double- and triple-wall.
We are by no means a conventional sheet plant. The sheet plant manufactures a diverse mixture of brown boxes (up to three colors). The ability to make small and jumbo boxes, as well as everything in between, fits into our strategy as YOUR "CAN DO" CORRUGATED BOX SUPPLIER. We are more interested in volume business where we can make a difference and help customers cut down on their warehousing space and eliminate out-of-stock instances.
We have invested strategically in equipment that gives us capabilities to provide all your corrugated packaging needs in a very short turnaround time with minimum lead times. ALPHA also maintains our own fleet of trucks with a team of qualified drivers who recognize that on-time shipments are as critical to your business as they are to ours.
Our 2-color, SIMON FLEXO FOLDER GLUER gives us the ability to make boxes as small as 3" x 3" x 3" and will manufacture depths as small as 2" RSC's and FOL's.

We have several semi-automatic machines used for finishing ...
SLITTERS
Used to score sheets for liners and pads or to cut stock sheets to size.
TAPERS
Used to tape orders that are not glued by the other machines -- typically smaller run quantities or very large boxes.
STITCHERS
Used for stitching (stapling) typically heavier boxes used for bulk shipment.
We currently have plans to add a state-of-the-art design lab complete with CAD table and sophisticated software to better serve our customers.
